Itinerary

Airport – City of Buenos Aires

We welcome you at the International Airport and transfer you to your hotel. Check in. During the afternoon, we visit main locations in town: Plaza de Mayo, Casa Rosada (Pink House, place of the Government), Cabildo, the Cathedral, Avenida de Mayo, Palace of Congress, Theatre Colón, and the quarters of La Boca, Palermo y Recoleta.
In the evening we go to a dinner with tango show.

First Tango lesson

Morning at leisure. In the afternoon we get our first tango lesson. Lessons are encounters with professors and dancers to get involved with the feelings and the soul of tango and tango culture. We practice dancing during these lessons too. Tango lessons are in English and Spanish.
In the evening, dinner and tango show.

Second Tango lesson

After breakfast time at leisure for shopping or to choose one of the many tourist proposals that Buenos Aires has to offer. In the afternoon, we get our second tango lesson. In the evening, we assist to a typical “Milonga Porteña”, escorted by professors and local dancers. It will take something like 3 hs but you can then stay in the place if you want dancing and having fun by your own.

Día de Estancia

After breakfast we visit a typical Estancia (Ranch) of the Buenos Aires province. The highlights of this activity are the typical meals (empanadas, pastelitos, mate), the typical songs and dances (including Malambo and Zamba) and the demonstration of skills by the local gauchos. We are going to be able to visit the facilities of the Estancia, including the places where the gauchos spend time drinking mate (matera) and drinking (pulperia).
Horse riding and horse pulled karts are available to know the surroundings of the ranch. In the evening we get back to our hotel.
Tonight as an optional you can visit a Milonga or Tango place.
